| Michael J. Wedige |

| Mr. Wedige has over 20 years experience in business management and administration. Mr. Wedige has a proven successful track record specifically within the Customer Contact Center industry in North America and the Asia Pacific. |
|
| Mr. Wedige formally served as SITEL’s President of the Consumer and Energy Business Unit where he successfully led and grew this global segment into one of the most successful business verticals. During this 13 year tenure, Mr. Wedige also held the positions of Senior Vice President of Business Development of GM CARS, General Manager of SITEL New Zealand, and VP of Business Development for the Telco group. |

| Prior to SITEL, Mr. Wedige worked 7 years in engineering design and project management with The Frazier Co., a mechanical engineering and construction firm. |
|
| Mr. Wedige has a degree in Business Administration with his minor in Business Marketing from the University of North Texas. |

| Rocklyn F. Schweser |

| As CFO, Mr. Schweser is charged with leading the company’s financial and accounting activities. Mr. Schweser has 20 years of financial and accounting experience including International experience in France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and the United Kingdom. |

| Mr. Schweser formally served as SITEL’s Director of Finance for the Financial and Consumer and Energy Business Units in which he was responsible for all financial activities for these groups with combined revenues of $175M annually. |
|
| Prior to his tenure at SITEL, Mr. Schweser held the Controller's position at ComoreTel Holdings, Inc., an international telecommunications company. |
|
| Mr. Schweser holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a Finance concentration. |

| Scott M. Olson |

| Mr. Olson has over 18 years experience in contact center operations. He has a proven successful track record specifically designing and managing complex outsourced contact center solutions for Finance, Insurance, Government and Commercial business in North America. |
|
| Mr. Olson has served as Generation Direct’s President of Contact Center Operations since 2002 where he successfully grew service expertise in several vertical markets. During his 9 year tenure, Mr. Olson held the positions of Chairman, CEO and President. He spearheaded the Mission & Values that drive superior quality and service into every interaction with our customers, employees, vendors and the communities we are proud to support. |

| Prior to Generation Direct, Mr. Olson worked 9 years managing contact centers in the technology industry; he supported technology sales and customer service environments at Gateway, Cabletron Systems and Sencore Electronics. |

| Roger L. Jepsen |

| Mr. Jepsen has worked for over 16 years in technical industries and applies his multi-faceted knowledge in a variety of ways as Generation Direct's Vice President of Technology. |
|
| Mr. Jepsen is responsible for all areas of the information technology department at Generation Direct. Mr. Jepsen manages the extensive infrastructure needed to provide state of the art call center services within this environment. Specialties include managing multi-tiered PBX systems, interfacing not only with legacy telco infrastructure but also the latest in Voice over IP technology. Mr. Jepsen also manages the extensive software infrastructure needed to provide outsourced and integrated services to a multitude of clients. |

| Mr. Jepsen has experience in Microsoft base networks and servers, Cisco, HP and Dell equipment, .NET both on the web and on the client, Microsoft SQL Server, Iwatsu PBX systems and some of the latest web technologies. |

| Prior to Generation Direct Mr. Jepsen provided consulting services from web strategy to network infrastructure management. |

| Nate Unruh |

| Mr. Unruh is charged with
the development of new client partner relationships. Mr. Unruh brings 13 years
of contact center solution experience with an emphasis in developing strategic
solutions that take all aspects of the clients business into consideration. |

| Design, implementation and oversight of solutions for
Fortune 1000’s, Healthcare and Finance have been a special focus of Mr. Unruh’s
career. He is an expert in Medicaid & Medicare DHHS/CMS compliancy & regulatory
requirements. |

| Prior to Generation Direct, Mr. Unruh founded and ran
operations for a small business focused on consulting and development of
strategic call center solutions. |
