Generation Direct, Inc. has invested heavily to ensure internal capabilities are sufficient to handle any campaign need presented.
- Multi-Terabyte information storage and archiving: GDI maintains over 7 terabytes of file system storage allowing for multiple-year archiving of encoded files and instantaneous retrieval.
- Inteligent screen pop and call routing technology: Custom screens are created and developed to assist in the call flow between representative and caller. GDI Maintains their development in-house to provide for efficient and fast turnaround times for newly requested functionality.
- HP C-Class blade enclosure system: New state of the art servers ensure external access to critical call information is served up quickly and with robust redundancy
- Multi-Channel contact handling resources: GDI is currently in development of a Multi-Faceted contact handling interface which wraps in email routing and handling, a trouble ticketing system and web chat interfaces so that wherever the contact may come from it is centrally tracked and managed.
