Generation Direct, Inc. has invested heavily in their call handling platform in order to provide your organization with state of the art call handling. From our extensive bank of T1 phone lines to our enterprise class Iwatsu phone switch and CTI screen pop integration we are experts at handing your inbound and outbound calling.

Redundancy: Generation Direct, inc has full redundancy throughout their call center with an off site disaster recovery plan in place to ensure high levels of service without interruption. With power generators and battery backups of the most critical systems, Generation Direct, Inc can continue to stay operable even through the longest of power outages.

Call Platform: Our center, located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota receives incoming lines from a variety of different phone carriers ensuring redundancy across phone lines. From there our phone switch with redundant CPU cards handles the call flow and routing traffic. Everything has a backup, from the phone switch CPU to the custom messaging card.

Once a call enters the center it is routed intelligently to the correct individual handling your campaign, and via computer based telephony integration, your customer script is popped onto their screen awaiting the custom greetings. We design our phone scripts to handle all necessary prompting and data point gathering.

Once a call is complete, while the representative places themselves available for the next call, the recorded phone call is already being encoded into a streamable format and presented on the web via our CRM data platform SalesCycle.Netâ„¢
