Generation Direct, Inc. was founded in 2001 in the small town of Tea, South Dakota with a mission of providing world class services with world class technology to support it.
GDI quickly grew out of their small 15 seat call center and moved to the city of Sioux Falls in order to tap into the cities technological infrastructure and employee base. Generation Direct now enjoys a 15,000 sq ft call center facility and technical center that hosts a variety of sizeable clients from every industry.
