Job Description:
To provide excellent customer service via inbound or outbound calls in a call center setting.
|
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver information over the phone via a script in an accurate, friendly, and professional manner.
- Utilize telephone and computer system to assist with customer inquires.
- Accurately document and process customers’ responses in a timely fashion.
- Effetively manage inbound and/or outbound calls as appropriate.
- Takes ownership for issue resolution in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Work effectively with others in a team based environment to accomplish company goals and to identify and resolve problems.
- Attends training classes and team meetings as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of and experience utilizing telephones, personal computers, and associated software.
- Ability to type 30+ words per minute.
- Flexibility with respect to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent time management and organization skills, including punctuality.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.

Hours
- Initial 3wk training is Monday through Friday with shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
- Post-training consists of evenings and weekends with shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
- Mondays required.
